How do I access the course?
After purchasing the course using the "Buy Now" button, you will receive an e-mail from thinkific within 1-2 business days with instructions on creating your account and accessing the course. If you have not received this e-mail after 2 business days, please contact [email protected]

How long will I have access to the course?
You will have access to the course and the provided materials for 1 year from the date of enrollment.

How do I receive the student/new grad discount?
Submit documentation of your current enrollment or recent graduation to [email protected]. This could include a screenshot of any document showing your registration status or graduation date. After verification has been submitted, select the student rate when purchasing the course.

How do I receive the group discount?
The group discount applies to anyone who chooses to purchase the course in a group of 2 or more. E-mail [email protected] with the names of the individuals who will be ordering the course in a group. The group rate can be selected and paid for by each individual group member by selecting the group rate in the payment suite. A group can also purchase the course together by selecting the group rate and editing the quantity to match the number of group members taking the course (ex - 3 group members, change quantity of purchase to 3).

Do I have to be an occupational therapy student or practitioner to take this course?
You do not have to be an occupational therapy student or practitioner to take this course. Please be aware that a licensed occupational therapy practitioner is required to provide the skilled services outlined in this course.

Does this course count towards my continuing education units?
At the end of the course you will receive a digital certificate and course curriculum handout which can be submitted to NBCOT for continuing education credits. According to NBCOT policy, online courses that are approved by a regionally accredited college university can be used towards your continuing education credits. The OTTIS training course is approved by Saint Louis University, a regionally accredited university, and requires 18 hours to be completed. After completing the course, submit the provided certificate and curriculum handout to NBCOT to receive 18 continuing education credits (1 hour = 1 unit).

How can I use my digital certificate and badge?
Our course uses digital credentials through Accredible to provide you with a digital certificate, digital badge, and a web page for your credential as an Approved Provider of the SLU OTTIS Method. This web-page provides information on the training course, credential, a copy of badge/certificate, and offers credential verification. You can provide a link to this web-page on your resume, LinkedIn, or e-mail by including a hyperlink or using the digital badge which will have the link embedded in it.
